Enjoy this 3BD 2Bath Home Away From Home! This charming 3 BD Chalet is just waiting for you to create your best moments; that we know, will turn into some of your best memories! Our Chalet has all new furniture and decor, with super plush beds & linens. The kitchen is ready for your family meals – or your take out! We are stocked with board & card games and welcome your furry family members! Enjoy the serenity and privacy of the back porch, with its cozy environment and patio string lights. Each room has a brand new flat screen ROKU TV, including cable, or you can stream your favorite shows on your streaming accounts. We have added a blue tooth speaker and sound enhancer (sound bar type speaker) in the living room. Chalet is in the perfect location, as you are within 5-10 minutes of all Branson has to offer including: Shopping, Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City, 76 BLVD and many restaurants. Also location is very easy to get around high traffic areas! We hope you feel at home, cozy and that we can take stress off your vacation, by providing the perfectly charming oasis for your travel!
NEW FOR THE CHRISTMAS SEASON: Beginning November 1st through January 3rd, the unit will be decorated for the holidays, including a new modern “Pencil” Christmas tree!
Please Note: If you need to rent multiple condos we have access to an additional unit of the same size right next door to accommodate your larger family or group. Please ask about availability and our group rates.

Terms & Rules
100% refund if you cancel more than 2 weeks before your stay. 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel 1-2 weeks before your stay. No refund if you cancel less than 1 week before your stay.
This is a one-time fee of $140 to cover the cost of cleaning the space.
Children are allowed! We have lots of board games available!
2 pets (15lbs and under each) max. The pet fee is $25/night/pet.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
No events are allowed. Please ask about the adjoining unit for added space. No smoking in the unit. Minimum age of primary renter is 21.
